Launch deposits for the first vault on Rayls are now open. The vault is built around Brazilian real-world assets (RWAs), and launch deposits are the first step towards opening it.

The vault's assets are denominated in Brazilian reais (BRL), so you take part with $BRL1.p, a new BRL stablecoin on the Rayls Public Chain. It's a bridged version of $BRL1 on Polygon.

Deposit $BRL1.p by Thursday 22 October to receive 10,000 $RLS per 1,000 $BRL1.p. The reward rate goes down each week of the four-week deposit period, and rewards are paid straight into $RLS staking.

Launch deposits are a pilot, capped at R$100,000 in total. Your deposit is locked and you can lose money, so read the risks below before you deposit.

The first vault on Rayls

Rayls Vaults bring real-world assets onchain to the Rayls Public Chain. This first one is built around Brazilian RWAs, with additional vaults to follow.

Launch deposits come first: you deposit $BRL1.p now. When transfers into the vault open, you move your deposit across from the same page. The vault's full terms will be published before transfers open, so you can read them before you decide.

$BRL1.p: the deposit token

You make your launch deposit in $BRL1.p, and that's what you move into the vault when transfers open.

To get $BRL1.p, start with BRL1 on Polygon. You can buy BRL1 on centralised exchanges such as Kraken and OKX, or swap for it on decentralised exchanges such as MetaMask Swaps and Uniswap. Then bridge it to the Rayls Public Chain from the $BRL1.p page in the Rayls dashboard.

How launch deposits work

Your launch deposit is locked until 19 November 2026, or until transfers into the vault open if that happens sooner. You can't withdraw before then.

When the lock ends, you choose one of two options:

  • Move into the vault: transfer your deposit into the vault from the launch deposits page and receive 100% of your $RLS reward. The vault is targeting an APY of 10–20%, which is not guaranteed.
  • Withdraw: take your $BRL1.p back and receive 30% of your $RLS reward.

It's your choice. Read the vault's terms before you decide.

$RLS rewards

Your reward depends on the week you deposit. Each deposit gets that week's rate only, so rates don't stack from week to week.

Week Deposit by $RLS per 1,000 $BRL1.p Paid into staking

3Thursday 5 November 6,0003 December 2026
4Thursday 12 November 4,00010 December 2026

Rewards are paid into $RLS staking, not to your wallet. If you unstake, your $RLS goes through a 14-day unbonding period before you can withdraw it. See how staking works.

How to take part

  1. Get $BRL1.p. Get BRL1 on Polygon, then bridge it from the $BRL1.p page. Our step-by-step guide walks you through it.
  2. Verify your identity. Connect your wallet and complete a KYC check with Sumsub.
  3. Make your launch deposit. Open Rayls Vaults, choose Rayls Vault Launch Deposits and deposit your $BRL1.p.
  4. Choose what's next. When transfers open, move your deposit into the vault or withdraw it.

Launch deposits close when the R$100,000 cap is reached, even if that's before 12 November.

What's next

Launch deposits are the first step. Next, the vault's full terms will be published and transfers into the vault will open. More vaults on Rayls are planned.

Risks and eligibility

Launch deposits are open only to users who pass KYC. They're not open to US persons, to residents of the UK, Costa Rica or Brazil, to anyone in an OFAC-sanctioned jurisdiction, or to anyone for whom taking part would break local law.

Rayls runs launch deposits and pays the $RLS rewards. It does not issue or manage the vault's underlying assets. Launch deposits are not a bank deposit and aren't covered by any deposit protection scheme. Nothing here is investment advice. Before you deposit, make sure you understand the risks:

  • Your deposit is locked until 19 November 2026, or until transfers into the vault open if that happens sooner.
  • $RLS rewards are not fixed in value. The price of $RLS can go down as well as up. Staked $RLS takes 14 days to unbond and can be lost through slashing if a validator misbehaves or goes offline.
  • You can lose some or all of your deposit through smart contract failures, or if $BRL1.p loses value or can't be redeemed.
  • The vault's terms are not final. Read them when they're published, before you move into the vault. The 10–20% APY is a target, not a promise, and the actual return could be lower.

Launch deposits are subject to the full Rayls Vaults Terms and Conditions. Questions: info@rayls.com.
